One Day Registration (lectures only):

Early Bird Rate before 01.05.2014 – 375 PLN

Standard Rate after 01.04.2014 – 450 PLN

Reduced One Day Registration Rate for members of Interventional SIG of PTBB and INS – 375 PLN 

Two Days Registration (lectures and hands-on sessions): 

Standard Rate – 1800 PLN

Payments done without completing the registration form leave us unable to contact you. After you enter your details please  make a payment using the details below. We accept direct bank transfers in Polish Zloty (PLN). We regret that we are unable to process cheques. Unfortunately currently we do not accept payments via PayPal.

 

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation before 5^th of May 2014 50% of the course fee will be refunded. After that date no refund will be possible.
